        Thats 46 - 70 grams a protein every single day our body requires.

        YES those shakes can be awesome especially if they taste great. I was told that I need to take in a minimum of 90 grams of protein daily in order to lose weight though preferably 120 would be ideal in my case. SO that's what I am doing. That particularly shake looks delicious but I bet its has tons of carbs.

                You do not NEED that much protein to lose weight but good luck in your endeavors.

                  losing weight .... whose wrong .. whose right .... nobody really seems to know. Is it a story of big business v. common sense where companies and "health professionals" make their money from the latest breakthroughs, newest diets, with the result being that the basic underlying way we gain and lose weight is lost among all the marketing garbage?
