How Music Can Boost a High-Intensity Workout -

Volunteers were able to exercise harder when they listened to their favorite songs.

    I listen to so many different kinds of music in the gym from classical to metal and they all seem to have their own way of getting me motivated and keeping me in the gym longer. If I have a workout that I would rather not endure, music will take my mind off of it and by the time I know it, I am done!
