Sometimes after a workout a protein shake doesn't do the job for me. Often I don't have the time to have a meal right after being physical active, so I need something to hold me over until a real meal.
Therefore I've created a smoothie recipe which satisfies my need of post-workout proteins with a small snack: My Vanilla White Chocolate & Peanut Butter Smoothie.
Sounds delicious? It is! Its key ingredient is the One Whey Protein powder by Fitnessguru (a.ka. my new favorite workout nutrition brand). Add a bit of Peanut Butter, some oats and a filling banana and you've got yourself a mouthwatering post-workout snack – which actually tastes like a milkshake!
