Why are people focused on losing weight rather than getting into shape and feeling good?

because when you focus on getting into shape you naturally lose weight. Seems like a focus on weight probably tends to increase one's weight (don't know the studies) compared to focusing on getting into shape and feeling good - things that tend to feel good?

Sounds like this comment is directed towards someone.
    Thx

But in general, I think women focus more on losing weight then comes the working out. Depends on how much they have to lose and how much time they have on there hands and if transportation is available to them. Then again you might come back and say its a "priority" one needs to commit. AND maybe that would right, thought depends on the circumstances.

It wasn't directed at anyone. It's a question I have had for a long time because I've pretty much never understood the focus of weight rather than simply feeling good.

yes, just like what a burger. It tastes good when you're eating one though most people feel sluggish afterwards. Question is whether the immediate pleasure is worth the long term costs?

              Obviously not and good point.

I like what you say, "the answer is yes, there is healthy food to lose weight quick. "
